SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer shipping within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FTH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@fortheheauxs.com and we will do our best to assist.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@fortheheauxs.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
REFUND POLICY
Damaged Items
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@fortheheauxs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
All other sales are final. We do not offer refunds for sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
